Service Description

Spirit Ranch JSP offers the opportunity for kids to enjoy outdoor fun through nature walks, equine activities, discussion/reflection, and games! Participants engage in activities through a social-emotional learning skills lens. CASEL (Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning) is the program Colorado Department of Education uses to support social-emotional learning skills. The skills help kids develop healthy identities, manage emotions and achieve personal and collective goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain supportive relationships, and make responsible and caring decisions.
