Weather and Payment Policies
Regarding weather, the safety of our clients, participants, and equine partners drives our decisions to cancel or postpone a service. If the temperature is below 40 degrees, we will not ride, but we may be able to participate in EFL/EFG as part of the time is in the barn.

During the spring and summer, we often experience afternoon thunderstorms. Activities can proceed in the indoor arena with light rain, but if there is lightning, we will cancel or reschedule activities. Communication is key, so do not hesitate to reach out with questions.
Payment Policy Changes
Our EFL and EFG service fees will not change in 2026. Our Youth Western Riding Lessons will increase from $55.00/hour lesson to $60.00.
Effective immediately, clients paying with Venmo or credit cards are asked to add 2.00 to cover processing fees.
Payment is due at the time of service. Some clients opt to pay for all scheduled sessions at the first lesson/session; others choose to pay at each of the six sessions. Either is fine. Payments later than time of service will incur a 10.00 fee for each day late. We understand families/clients find themselves in strained financial situations at times. Spirit Ranch JSP will work with you to provide financial options; please reach out if needed.
