Service Description

Spend a peaceful Monday morning reconnecting with yourself, nature, and the calming presence of horses! This 90-minute experience is designed especially for Cherry Creek School District staff who spend so much of their time caring for others. Start your week relaxing and enjoying quiet time outdoors with horses. Participants will... • Experience simple grounding and mindfulness practices • Spend time grooming and connecting with the horses • Take a reflective walk through the pastures • Learn how horses naturally help humans slow down and regulate stress • Enjoy a calm, supportive space to decompress and recharge No horse experience is necessary, and no riding is involved. The focus is simply being present, connecting with the horses, and giving yourself time to reset. Details:   -You may choose to attend more than 1 session Cost—20.00/participant or 22.00 paid with Venmo (@spiritranchjsp. -Participants must have a signed liability waiver (on website) -8:30-10:00 -Wear close-toed shoes, long pants, and sunscreen.
